The reconstruction that both buildings have undergone in the past allows the use of this historical gem of folk architecture with high standards of contemporary living. Nature of the Žďárské vrchy area
The apartment is located at the end of the village of Kuklík in the middle of the Žďárské vrchy Protected Landscape Area in Vysočina Region. Through the plot, which is directly adjacent to the deep forests, flows the Bílý potok (White Stream). Get lost for hours to the world. Look for blueberries, mushrooms, listen to the sounds of nature.
Or just watch the horses grazing in the surrounding meadows from your bedroom windows.
Generous convenience, modern comfort
The farmhouse has recently undergone a sensitive renovation. Accommodation in the historic 130 m² stone barn is divided into three levels.
There is a kitchen with dining table, two relaxation areas with seating, two separate bedrooms and an open gallery area.
Up to 10 people can comfortably sleep there. Each of the bedrooms has one double bed and two single beds, with an additional double bed in the gallery.
When children are staying, we provide the gallery railing with a protective net.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances where you will enjoy cooking. There is a wood-burning stove in the common area, so you can spend cool evenings in the pleasant warmth with the sight of the wood burning.
The apartment has one bathroom with a toilet and a spacious shower. On the ground floor in the utility room there is a second toilet with sink. You can store your bicycles or skis in a separate area near the main entrance.

The gently undulating landscape around Kuklík is pleasant for beautiful hikes in summer and winter. The surrounding forests are a paradise for mushroom pickers.
The neighbouring Rakovi eco-farm offers horse riding. You can try horse care together and watch sheep, cows and goats in the paddock.
Summer swimming within reach
There are many opportunities for swimming in natural reservoirs in the surroundings. Ponds, reservoirs, pools or natural swimming pools are within walking or driving distance.
Winter outdoor activities
In winter, you can put on your cross-country skis right at the barn ski out to the maintained ski track nearby. There are also several ski lifts and ski slopes nearby.
