General Accommodation Conditions
Arrival on the day of arrival is at 15.00 o'clock.
Departure on the day of the end of the stay is at 11.00 o'clock.
No pets allowed. It is forbidden to enter and stay with pets in all areas of the apartment, including the ground floor.
No smoking. Smoking and the use of narcotic and other addictive substances or handling open flames is prohibited in the apartment, including the ground floor. No smoking in the apartment includes smoking from an open window.
Chemicals, ammunition, explosives. Weapons, ammunition, explosives, chemicals, flammable and volatile substances are prohibited from being brought onto the premises.
Number of persons other than when the reservation is confirmed. If you arrive for your stay with a different number of people than the number you indicated when you made your reservation, you will be charged the difference in price on your tax receipt upon departure.
Different arrival and departure date than the confirmed booking. A change of arrival or departure must be agreed in advance with the landlord. If you wish to extend your stay and the calendar allows for an extension, payment for the extension must be made in advance and immediately. If you wish to shorten your stay, you are entitled to a refund of the deposit or part of it, according to the cancellation conditions stated.
Damages. The apartment and its premises will be handed over to you without any defects. The guest is responsible for any damage to the property of the accommodation provider, whether caused intentionally or negligently. In the event of damage, the guest is obliged to pay for it in full. Upon arrival, check the apartment premises, furnishings and equipment in your own interest. If you find any defects during the apartment hand over or during your stay, please report them to the landlord. We will take all necessary measures to remove it as soon as possible.
Manuals. The guest agrees to read and follow the manuals of the appliances and equipment. The manuals are available in printed form for the kitchen equipment and furnishings, including instructions for their operation. If you are unsure about the intuitive operation of the equipment, study the relevant manual or ask the landlord for information and training.
The electric heating of the radiant panels is set to the required thermal comfort when used in conjunction with the fireplace. If you wish to increase or decrease the temperature of the radiant heating, follow the thermostat manual or ask the operator to reset it. It is forbidden to cover the heating panels, lean things on them or use them to dry clothes. The heating panels must remain free, otherwise there is a risk of burning or damage to the objects they touch.
The French windows in the bedrooms are fitted with shutters which are open and secured with a boom when you arrive. If you will be closing the shutters, remove the jamb and store it on the bedroom floor between the radiator and the bed. Secure the closed shutter with a petticoat. When you open the shutter again, you must secure the shutter again with the boom. Failure to secure the shutter may result in spontaneous movement of the shutter from the wind and damage to the shutter or breakage of the glass rail of the French window.
Leaving the building. When leaving the property for an extended period of time, turn off the lights and check that electrical appliances are turned off. Close windows and interior doors. Check the locking of your vehicle in the parking lot.
Keys. The landlord will give the tenant 1 set of keys at the start of the tenancy, which the tenant will return to the landlord on the day of departure. The tenant is obliged to report any loss of keys without delay and pay for any damage caused by the tenant.
Key safe. Please lock the entrance door when leaving the apartment. You can use the key safe located at the side entrance to store your keys. You will reduce the risk of losing your keys and secure your entry to the property if you split into multiple groups when leaving the apartment. The landlord will provide you with the current PIN.
- Garbage in the kitchen. After filling the waste container, remove the plastic container with the waste and store it closed in the ground floor apartment. The waste will be taken to the dumpster. Never store plastic bags of rubbish outside the enclosed area, there is a risk of contamination of the outside areas by chewed rubbish from wildlife.
- Damage to guest's belongings. The landlord is not liable for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings or property caused by the guest's own carelessness or negligence.
- Responsibility for persons entrusted to the guest. The adult is fully responsible for any damage caused by children, both inside the rented premises of the apartment and outside on other properties and on the landlord's property.
- Injuries. The landlord shall not be liable for any injuries to guests, injuries or other harm to persons using the apartment building its facilities and equipment. The stay and movement of persons throughout the Property, in all of its premises, and on the land associated therewith is at the sole responsibility and risk of all persons. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children in all of the aforementioned premises and land.
- Ground Floor Entrance Areas. Guests have access to the ground floor entrance area of the apartment and can use it to store sports equipment (bicycles, skis). Service and cleaning of sports equipment should only be carried out outside, away from the storage areas of the apartment. In case of bad weather, if you do some necessary servicing work inside, please notify the landlord and a mat will be lent to protect the tiles from getting dirty.
- Bikes, skis, strollers. Guests are not allowed to store sports equipment and items in the upstairs apartment and bedrooms, for which the ground floor and the entrance area of the barn building is reserved.
- Furniture furnishings. Guests are not allowed to handle furniture and furnishings. This includes beds, wardrobes and chests.
GDPR. By completing the booking system and providing your details you agree to the processing of personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (GDPR). In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 GDPR, we inform you that we only process your personal data in connection with your stay to the extent required by law.
- Consent to the general terms and conditions of accommodation. These general terms and conditions of accommodation are binding for the guests of the barn apartment on the date of conclusion of the accommodation contract (confirmation of the reservation) and are an integral part of it. By concluding the contract, the client confirms that he/she has read them and agrees to their provisions.
