Payment and cancellation conditions

  • Upon receipt of your booking enquiry, you will receive a call for payment for the full amount of the stay within 24 hours, companies will receive an advance invoice
  • Prices are inclusive of VAT - companies will receive a tax invoice after payment is received, others will receive a receipt of payment and a bill after the end of the stay
  • Once the payment for the stay has been credited to our account, your reservation will be confirmed and marked in the availability calendar
  • In case of cancellation within 3 months prior to arrival, we will refund 100% of the amount paid
  • In case of cancellation between 3 and 1 month before arrival, we will refund 50% of the amount paid
  • In case of cancellation later than 1 month prior to arrival we do not refund the deposit
